The Leabrook Estate vineyard lies between Lobethal and Charleston in the Onkaparinga Valley of the Adelaide Hills, hence the name of this wine, which is a blend of a variety of local fruit. The grapes are picked early to ensure crisp fruity characters and the wine should be served only sightly chilled for maximum enjoyment. Traditional Italian varieties are used to produce this unique wine style that has been produced with particular emphasis on accompanying Mediterranean style dishes.
